8th Annual Papa Steve Football Camp "Sandor Strong"
The 8th Annual Papa Steve Football Fundamentals camp will be held in honor of Sandor Verstrepen. Sandor is a very special friend to the Papa Steve Camp. Sandor grew up with the Papa Steve family and has been a camp coach over the years. Sandor is an incredible and much beloved member of the education and football communities. He has been a teacher and coach for 30 years.
Sandor has been diagnosed with glioblastoma multiformes (GBM), a form of brain cancer. Doctors found three tumors on his brain and he began chemotherapy treatment in November. We are excited to dedicate this year's camp to Sandor and his family.
Camp is open to boys and girls. All positions welcome.
